  • 25ml 13 Peaks London Dry Gin
  • 25ml sweet vermouth
  • 25ml Campari
  • An orange twist for garnish

To craft a Negroni:

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and pour in the first three ingredients.
  2. Stir the mixture 20-25 times until it achieves the perfect level of dilution.
  3. Strain it into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with an orange twist.
