Possible preferences: Dirty – olive brine added. Dry – less vermouth. Perfect – equal parts dry and sweet vermouth Shaken – dilutes more and adds air. Stirred – default unless otherwise asked, more velvety Wet – more vermouth With a twist – lemon peel twisted above your drink and then dropped in.
