Traditionally crafted with lime cordial, we believe that a sweet-and-sour Gimlet becomes even more exceptional when using freshly squeezed lime juice.
For this Gimlet, you’ll need:
- 50ml 13 Peaks London Dry Gin
- 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 20ml sugar syrup
- A fresh slice of lime for garnish
To prepare the Gimlet:
- Combine the gin, lime juice, and sugar syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously and strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a fresh lime slice.
